You’re allowed to drive on a pedestrian street, marked with the sign E7, when you for instance are delivering goods or are a resident there. And when exiting a pedestrian street the exit rules applies, this means you’re obliged to give way to all vehicles that cross your path, not only those who come from the right. On both pedestrian streets and in home zones, these rules have to be followed when driving a vehicle there: 1) You may only park at designated spots for parking 2) You’re not allowed to drive faster than walking speed 3) You’re obliged to give way to all pedestrians.
