Headrest/neck restraint

The headrest (or ’neck restraint’) is the most important protection against neck injuries in the event of accidents and it sits above the back of the chair, so behind your head while sitting in the car. The headrest protects you in case of a collision as it captures the head and reduces the risk of injury to the neck, these injuries are called ’whiplash injuries’.
